Hello Guys, Today I wanted to show you my everyday makeup routine. On days I have more time I will add more steps to this but this is just going to be my basic routine. I have broken it down into three steps, Face, Eyes, and Lips. If you have any questions about my routine or any of the products I use please feel free to ask me in the comments below. Please keep in mind this is a very light look which I wear when I go to classes or work. This is not some thing I would wear to go out at night.
Face: To start off my face I use my Clinique Redness Solutions Instant Relief Mineral Pressed Power. This is the round compact with the yellow powder you see in the photo above. I have been using this stuff for a long time now and I love it. I have redness in my skin so I cover my face with this powder every morning it instantly remove redness. I then use my Mary Kay concealer to hide any marks and conceal under eye circles. Next, I use my Mary Kay mineral foundation all over. I top the face off by applying my NARS blush in Deep Throat on my cheekbones.
Eyes: I start my eyes by taking my Urban Decay eyeliner in Demoliton (a dark brown) and lightly line my eyes top on top and then I use it on my waterline. I cannot use black eyeliner since it overwhelms my eyes. Next, I take some Urban Decay Primer Potion and spread it on my lids. The next step is my favorite, picking what eyeshadow to use. I normally use the Naked Palette and today I will use Half Baked with naked under the brow bone. To finish off the eyes I apply my Urban Decay Supercurl Mascara.
Lips: My lips are for sure the fastest. I take a nude pick lipstick from Mac (today I am using Politely Pink) and add a layer of Mac’s Fashion Scoop Lipgloss and add a dab of MAC’s Baby Sparks to the center of my lower lip to add some sparkle.
Well what is your everyday makeup routine? Do you have any questions? Let me know in the comments below, I love to hear from you all. You can email me at any time at sparklegirlslife@gmail.com or send me a tweet @Katherinedalla2.

At the moment my daily routine is relatively fuss free, I’m loving the new oil free Garnier BB cream.
I wanted to ask you about the Clinique redness relief! I’ve been very curious about it for some time, but wondered whether it would be worth it. Tell me all about how awesome it is! (Ok, and I guess tell me if you have any gripes too)
I really like the redness relief. I just cover my face with it and then apply a foundation over it and I do not notice any redness afterwards. When I first apply it my face looks very funny since it is covered in yellow powder but once you add the foundation it looks normal again lol. It is half way pricey but it is worth it and last a long time. I have used it just about everyday for a year and a half and I have yet to hit pan.
Most morning I have to be up and out early to take my Daughter to school and usually we are in a rush, it take slonger to do her hair than it does for me get my clothes, washed etc. On these morning I will use a primer ( depending on what shape my skin is in) then a tinted moisturiser and a nude lipgloss and eye shadow and bung my (usually unbrushed) hair into a clip, then when I get home I’ll add a bit more colour depending on my mood but its usually browns
and I’ll sort my hair out too, usually just running the ghd’s through it is enough.
I really like the shade of lipstick that you use. Seems very fresh.
Clinique products are really nice and for a more “high end” brand, their prices aren’t too bad. I just started using their Stay Matte foundation this week and I LOVE it!
I’m going to be posting my work makeup routine soon…that is way more fuss free than when I actually have time to spend on my face, lol.
